Aligned with the principles of the Digital MillenniumCopyright Act (DMCA), accessible at the US Copyright Office website, we promptly address reported instances of copyright infringement on Kawma. Copyright owners or authorized representatives can report alleged infringements by submitting a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement to our designated copyright agent.

Upon receipt of a DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, including the potential removal of reported content from Kawma. To initiate a copyright complaint, please provide the following information in writing to our Copyright Agent at the address specified below, in accordance with the DMCA:

Your name, address, telephone number, and, email address
A detailed description of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed
The precise URL or a description of each location where the purported infringing material is situated
A statement asserting your good faith belief that the disputed use lacks authorization from you, your agent, or the law
Your electronic or physical signature, or that of the authorized person acting on your behalf; and
A declaration affirming the accuracy of the information in your notice, with an acknowledgment, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to represent the exclusive rights holder allegedly infringed.
